If not, click Edit Page on the topbar. An existing topic will be displayed. In the editor window, delete everything and type the title of the topic/term like this: [[title_term]] Click on the preview button below the editor. Don't click the save button, or the topic you just edited will be lost. Your term will be shown in the preview window as a link with a questionmark. Click on it and start editing your topic. Then you can save your topic normally.
If not, click the add topic link on the left navigation bar and follow the instructions there!
